Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 6 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. We’re doing everything we can to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Please note that we’re unable to change delivery addresses once your order has been shipped. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately through our contact page.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details. You can then track your package directly on the courier’s website.
